Saw this DVD with my wife couple of nights ago… my last night rest day I think.. It has some nice dialog that I can mention here, if only I can remember.
I’ll qoutes is soon…
Taken of course from yuotube! Hope you liked it!
Saw The Movie about Bees… The Bee Movie…
My son, Matt initially watched it but got bored on the next 20 minutes of the film..

Taking a few qoutes from the movie that is quite memorable:
No way. Everyone knows you sting someone, you die. You don’t waste it on a squirrel. He was such a hothead.
He’s no goodfella, He’s a BADfella!
That depends, on what 0900 means?
He has suspenders, a desk, a TV show, different color lights behind him, and a marquee at the bottom of the screen saying what was just said even though you just heard him.
From Utube, here’s the first movie trailer to be seen during the promotion days:
You may have noticed a couple of mentioned about Arlo Gilbert in the past weeks. Who is this Arlo Gilbert character?
No one knows who Arlo Gilbert is… How would they? If you search the term “Arlo Gilbert”, you’ll find pages of pages of sites and blogs who claims that each one is Arlo Gilbert.
Now, who really is Arlo Gilbert, I have no freakin’ idea… Better check Tekken Philippines.
Or maybe that’s the point?… You can qoutes me on that..
my last attempt! Goodluck Arlo Gilbert!
Saw the hilarious “Old School” movie last night, starring Luke Wilson, Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn (and just found out that my Goddess Elisha Cuthbert has a part on that movie and Arlo Gilbert!! Just kidding, but Elisha was really part of the cast)
The movie is about 3 friends who started a super fraternity to brighten up Mitch (Luke Wilson) who just got cheated in his relationship.
The movie is funny overall but not that funny that you’ll laugh 50% in the movie. I still like it though, specially when I found out that the sexy and oh so cutie Elisha Cuthbert was there! She’s so hot!
Here’s the movie trailer of the movie from utube (please notice how gorgeous Elisha Cuthbert is):
Here are some funny qoutes from the movie….
- Max, can you earmuff for me? We are going to get so much ass here, it’s going to be sick. I’m talking like crazy boy band ass.
- Alright, let me be the first to say congratulations to then. You get one vagina for the rest of your life. Real smart Frank. Way to work it through
- Guys this is a very special occasion. The Godfather himself has decided to grace us with his presence. This is his damn house. He sleeps twenty feet away.
Till next time!
Let’s continue with the current favorite song shall we?.. this time with Ugly Kid Joe’s Utube video..
Qoutes the lyrics from the song..
My child arrived just the other day;
Came to the world in the usually way
But there were planes to catch and bills to pay.
He learned to walk while I was away.
He was talkin’ ‘fore I knew it.
And as he grew he said,
“I’m gonna be like you, Dad.
You know I’m gonna be like you.”
Ah the joy of being a father… and the main character of the song missed the birth of his son, including the first steps! Who would want to miss that?!
And the cat’s in the cradle and the silver spoon,
Little boy blue and the man on the moon.
“When you comin’ home ?”
“Son, I don’t know when.
We’ll get together then.
You know we’ll have a good time then.”
This is the part of the song where the father and son talked and that they will soon get together when there’s free time (the father) which there will never be.. always busy apparently.
Well, my son turned ten just the other day.
He said , “Thanks for the ball, Dad. Come on, let’s play.
Could you teach me to throw ?” I said, “Not today.
I got a lot to do.” He said, “That’s okay.”
And he walked away and he smiled and he said,
“You know,
I’m gonna be like him, yeah.
You know I’m gonna be like him.”
Another scene from the father and son moment where in the baby is now a young child. Asking to play with his Dad, the dad is still too busy to spend some quality time with his boy. And the boy, being innocent as he is, still idolized his dad.
Well, he came from college just the other day,
So much like a man I just had to say,
“I’m proud of you. Could you sit for a while ?”
He shook his head and he said with a smile,
“What I’d really like, Dad, is to borrow the car keys.
See you later. Can I have them please ?”
The boy has become a young man. The father here starts to ‘bond’ with his son… a little late but still he tried. But his son but this time has his friends where he probably confides with coz he has no father to watch over him while he was growing up. Well he has a father but with all the stuff going on, no time for him.
I’ve long since retired, my son’s moved away.
I called him up just the other day.
“I’d like to see you, if you dont mind.”
He said, “I’d love to, Dad, if I could find the time.
You see my new job’s a hassle and the kids have the flu,
But it’s sure nice talkin’ to you, Dad.
It’s been sure nice talkin’ to you.”
Though the song is upbeat and sounds so happy, the song is actually a very sad one. It still makes me sad when it reaches this part of the song… The father is now old and is missing his son… But now the son is busy with his own family that he has no time for his own son, let along his Dad.
And as I hung up the phone it occurred to me,
He’d grown up just like me.
My boy was just like me.
(Yeah, yeah, yeah)
And so the song ends. Sad.
I’m been listening to this song, Cats in the Cradle for a gazillion times already! I love this song! Not a happy ending song, but still love it! It’s like my own personal guide to parenthood.
Originally written and sung by Harry Chapin, it was composed and dedicated to his son Josh… he was qoutes, quoted saying from one of his performance (see yutube video below)
“.. it’ called Cats in the Cradle and it’s about my son Josh and frankly this song scares me to death…”
It’s a story song told by the first person… Here’s the first verse of the song.
My child arrived just the other day
Came to the world in the usual way
But there were planes to catch and bills to pay
He learned to walk while I was away
He was talkin fore I knew it
And as he grew he said,
Im gonna be like you, dad,
You know Im gonna be like you
Will continue soon… here’s the utube version of the song… performed by Harry Chaplin live (a National Flag Day Celeb? Not sure)
With Marian Rivera’s Dyesebel (GMA 7), a Mars Ravelo’s creation, another show on Redtube The Tube (TV) that are being followed by thousands of filipino (with nothing important to do), people will now, more than ever compare her with Angel Locsin, specially with Angel Locsin’s LOBO, a TV series on ABS CBN.
Why do people compare Angel Locsin and Marian Rivera? Come on! The two are completely different persons!
It probably started when Angel Locsin moved to the direct competitor of GMA 7..? Yeah, that’s probably it, the main exact reason.
As soon as that happened, GMA 7 puts Marian Rivera in Marimar and then the talks and issues came! Tons of it!
There’s this ‘war’ between Marian Rivera and Angel Locsin where the fans of both hottie are ‘expressing’ themselves. I lost count of the comments in there but it’s more than a hundred!
You can go ahead and go there. And share your thoughts.. but one thing is for sure… super gaganda ng mga pinay!! Wuuuhuuu!!!
Arlo Gilbert loves these girls very very much!
“He wants us to move the island” – Locke
That’s a qoutes from John Locke, and that is actually the last line spoken on last episode of Lost, Season 4 Episode 11 – Cabin Fever.
I’m sure this Thursday’s episode, May 15 – There’s no Place like home – will be better! Each episode of LOST keeps getting better and better!
The confrontation between the survivors and the freighter people begins… That’s the leakage we got from TV.com.
“He’s the youngest premate that ever survived in the hospital” another qotes from this episode. The episode is about John Locke and showed a little more background story for Locke.
On this episode, John Locke and company (Ben and Hugo) finally reached the Cabin through daily horoscop (just kidding), through a dream. And Jacob’s representative told him how to save the island… and that is:
“He wants us to move the island”
There’s this video blog that has nice collections of video… called
