Saw the computer generated motion picture Ratatouille last night during my shift in the office (sshhh.. don’t tell anybody)

ratatouille-remiThe movie is about a super talented rat unlike any other – it can cook! It He has a special talent of smell that is the main reason he can cook exquisite dishes! Being a big fan of a famous chef (deceased) also helped.

The story revolved around the friendship of a human and the main rat character (Remi). An orphan teen went to the restaurant to get a job (he claimed that he is the owner/chef’s son). This is where they met and started to team up and made/renew the name of the restaurant… tsk tsk..hirap ipaliwanag ah.. :)

Anyway, let me mention that the graphics of this movie is spectacular! Whenever the ‘camera’ points on any view of the city or Paris, it’s like a real movie! It’s like an animated mouse entered a real movie… It’s like roger rabbit but not cartoon.. :)

anyway, 24 hours n kogising time to sleep.. :)

across-the-universeJust finished watching “Across The Universe”. It’s great! Amazing! And I’m not saying this because I’m a Beatle fan.. well actually I do say it because of that. :)

The characters are based on the characters of The Beatles’s songs. It was fun! Jude, Lucy, Sadie, Prudence, Maxwell etc.!

The renditions of the Beatles songs are also fantastic! My favorite is “I’ve just seen a face”. I also loved “Come Together”, makes me want to play my guiter once again!

Oh anyway, I while watching the movie, I just ordered a DVD copy of it plus the soundtrack at Ebay! That’s how big a Beatle fan I am! :hehehe:

It’s a long, slow Good Friday day!.. After making out with my wife (making out as in, fixing some issues and problems… yeah, and ‘that’ making out too), we watch a couple of movies.

I brought home a few downloaded movies from work yesterday so we could watch it today (yes, I have work Mandy Thursday).

First movie is “Alvin and the Chipmunks”! Geez! I love these little furry things. I mean, I grew up watching the cartoon series of “Alvin and the chipmunks” and seeing them on a movie and not animated was amazing!

The movie stars Alvin, Simon and Theodore… hehehe, who’d you thought? :D oh, yeah and Dave Seville. :)

This afternoon, my wife decided to watch the Kill Bill movie, both Volumes. Grotesque. :D

the dead zoneCurrently watching the first season of the TV series The Dead Zone starring Christopher Walker.

Every night I try to watch at least one episode. I think I’m on the 7th episode of season one.

The Dead Zone is based on the characters and story from the best-selling book by Stephen King with the sam title. The Dead zone is a unique psychological thriller that combines a rich mix of vaction, the paranormal and continuing quest for justice…

Naks.. ok ba? :)

On a side note.. here are some of my shameless plugs..

Thanks all!
